Hi guys,

Tried to search around but didn't find an answer...

I've made it this far without buying Quicktime Pro, which I know many mac people think is a basic necessity for most mac users... Well now I have some recorded TV content, old stuff, taken from my DVR, and before adding into iTunes I'd like to cut out all the commercials. I'm not a newbie, but I am far from a video editing expert, so wonder if I could easily cut out small time frames of commercials with QT Pro? Is it worthy of my $30? Anyone have a coupon code? :D

Thanks in advance. :)

mpeg streamclip can do it and its free. Neither it or quicktime pro will automatically detect the commercial break so you will have to play around in the timeline and do the edit yourself
