OpenOffice maybe? Abiword?
iWork 09' does it I think.... Otherwise, is the megaconverter MaclinkPlus Deluxe still around? (just checked: no)
LibreOffice can read .cwk files but with varying degrees of success.I have some old .cwk files I want to look at but Pages does not touch this prefix.
Is there anyway I can view these files or convert them for use ?
That doesn't preserve formatting, and may not always capture all of the text, but if it works for you that's really all that matters. Thanks to all that suggested ideas but it seems the answer was simple, always the way, ready ?
Here is the solution, i loaded a couple of .cwk files into guess what ? TextEdit, from there copy the text you want then paste it into Pages, or the program of your choice, save, job done![]()
