Cyberduck autoconnect

I have been using an FTP/SFTP app call cyberduck. It is good and it works except for one thing. When I open the app it connects to all my bookmarks. Is there a way to stop this?

I am bumping this because I would like to know the answer to this as well. I want to proactively choose to connect to the FTP site; not have Cyberduck do it on launch.

But I see no setting that let's you choose this behavior.

Go to Cyberduck>Preferences (cmd+,) it's in the first general tab.
