Cyberduck SSH Issue I/O connection failed

Hello I'm trying to put some ROMS into my itouch 8 GB and I have cyberduck and Open SSH from Cydia And Everytime I try and connect it gives me a I/O connection failed error. I have ensured that its on SFTP on the dropbox on cyberduck and also "root" and "alpine" as username and password. My mac and itouch both have different IPs if that has something to do with it. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEEEE.
