Cyberduck won't connect

I downloaded Cyberduck, but it won't connect. My hosting site is GoDaddy and I talked to them to be sure that my username and password are correct. They are. They suggested I try a different browser. I was using Safari and tried Firefox. Still doesn't work. I have tried Default, Active and Passive. No luck. I have tried it several times a day for three days now. I continue to get the following message: "I/O Error: Connection Failed." Then the operation times out.

Any ideas out there as to how I might get my ftp up and running? I have G5 and OS 10.5.
