Don't hold your breath. Not sure Apple still cares about the iPod Touch!

If you look at their revenue sources, iPods are like a couple of percentage points. So it doesn't even make financial sense for them anymore.

No deal site has listed it, but Bed Bath and beyond has $25 itunes cards for $20. That means $80 for $100 worth of cards, beats best buy and smaller amounts are easier to gift.

Depends, in what way are they refurbished? I think the best thing is lightly used if you can find it. If it's a lemon, it would have broken already for the first owner

Same here. Did some comparison shopping, and for anybody eligible for the education discount, there was almost zero incentive to shop on black friday/cyber monday anyway.

Apple's refurbished items are great! You should be happy with your purchase.

They really are! They replace the internals that aren't working properly and the entire outside is new (keyboard, shell, screen, etc). Impossible to tell the difference from a new model.
