I recently bought a RAT 7 mouse and installed the software as the instruction indicated. However, I realized a problem that whenever I hover my cursor to an option, for example, my menu bar, the option should be highlighted with blue color but it didnt. Another case is that I cant drag items. Such as dragging an item from library to my iphone device in itunes. For instance, when I hover the cursor to dock, those dock icon should have been magnified, but it didnt. I find it unspeakably disturbing as I can only operate the mouse properly in bootcamp Window 7 but not my main OS Lion.
I am using an early 2012 MBA, with an OS Lion 10.7.4. I was excited to have the mouse but was greatly disappointed with its performance. I had reported to the support team in Cyborg but I havent received any help from them yet. I would like to know if there is anyone experiencing the same problem listed as the above. I sincerely hope that the mouse can work properly asap.
PS. I dont even get the software working. When I am trying to tweak the DPI of each mode and set the figure, 4 modes indication beside the DPI modification still remain the same, x 100 y 100; instead of the figure I set.
When I unplug the mouse, everything works fine; plug, wrecked.
