Cycles: 65 ~ Battery Health: 78% WTF

Slowly my battery has reduced in quality. I think I have a problem. I've noticed the top showing less and less battery runtime but it actually runs for longer than it estimates. And then I looked in iStat today and noticed that the battery life is 78%. What the hell happened?

How long have you had your computer? If you are under warranty, go and get a replacement battery. 78% is way more than you should have to put up with for such a high end computer.

Yeah, Apple shouldn't complain if you ask them to replace your battery for free. They replaced a friend of mine's whose was at 82%, so shouldn't run into any problems.

I had the same issue (mine actually dropped to 56% after 75 cycles). Apple will replace it straightaway if you call them up, and they're quick about it too.
