Cydia 1.1.1 default sources got hosed

after restoring my JB apps with pkgbackup, i had problems with errors in cydia. well somehow in my attempts to fix them, they are now all gone except for Telesphoreo Tangelo. Is there an easy way to reinstall the default sources? Reinstalling Cydia did not do the trick.
