Cydia App Name - Slide Up Menu That Shows/Scrolls All Apps??

I saw this app where you slide up from the dock and then it shows all your apps organized; which you can scroll through.

Does anyone know the name of this Cydia app??

No, it's not any of those...

It looked pretty cool; you just slide up from the dock to the middle and as you slide up all the apps start appearing then you can scroll left/right to view all your apps one by one...
