cydia apps disappear using evaion 7.0.5 why?

my iPhone lately had to re-install the whole iOS 7.0.4 and I had to re-jailbreak using evaiOn 7.0.5 and my phone works but after say a day or two all of my cydia apps will disappear. I do not instal or do anything they just disappear from my phone why is that and what is going on?

I assume you mean 1.0.5

Try reinstalling cydia substrate. Or when your apps are missing, reinstall one of the missing ones, respring, and all your apps should show back up
