Cydia apps for ios 4 and 5?

So i havent had an iphone since the 3gs on 3.x...

Now im getting the 4s any recommended apps i know the old ones like sbsettings backgrounder winterboard...but im guessing theres a lot of new popular ones...

So any goods ones for the multitasking bar, notification center, and so on?
