I was planning on getting the new iPads whenever those come out. I was curious to know if the apps I purchased through Cydia for my iPhone 4 will work on the iPad as well? I know some apps wouldn't work, per se, but stuff like FolderEnhancer, GridLock, other springboard app(s), etc.

Are there iPad versions of these apps (like they are in the App Store) or can they be used on an iPad as well? Would I need to purchase the same app again in order to use it on the iPad or would I simply need to login with the same credentials I used on my iPhone 4 on the iPad too?

Thanks.

Every app is different and if the developer is using sound techniques it compatibility will be noted in Cydia or on the developer's own website. That being said, not all developers go to this trouble and you'll find out when you try to install it. Usually a good google search will tell you what you need to know about compatibility.
