Cydia apps transferrable to new phone?

If I bought things in cydia on my old 3GS will I be able to download them all to my 4S without paying again?

depends on the app, most should transfer, but probably not all

If you purchased anything through Cydia, go to "manage account" and log in via google or facebook. Any purchases made will show up here. I had purchases made on my 3gs, and yes, they are still there.
