Cydia can't find apps?

After some problems, I successfully JB'ed my 4S 5.1.1 and I've got the Cydia icon back, but I cannot seem to download XBACKUP so I can download the CYDIA apps I stored.

Have I done something wrong or is it, as I suspect, that whatever servers Cydia is on are so "overworked" at the moment because of the new JB that it's going to take some hours (days) for things to get back to normal so I can redownload an app for which I paid?

Thanks. I suspected that was the case, but I wasn't sure. I don't mind a bit waiting for a good thing, I just wanted to be sure I hadn't pooched the pup!
