so i restored to 4.3.3 last night- jailbroke using Redsnow, when i click on changes in cydia to see the latest packages it shows the date and time approximatly of when i was finished jailbreaking last night but then shows every single package in alpha order not just the ones released or updated on June 19

has anyone else expierenced this

This is as intended. It's often misunderstood to be a list of changes in chronological order.

in the past its always been like, if i wasnt on cydia for a few days i could scroll down and see all the packages released in the last few days

It still does, but the first time you open Cydia after jailbreaking, technically all of the packages have changed from nothing to something. From now on you will just get most recent changes.
