Ok so I am currently running iPhone 3.1.2 Jailbreak on my 3GS and when my Cydia updated, it started crashing.

Later I went into my iPhone through iPhone Explorer on my Macbook and deleted the stuff in Var/Lib/Apt/Lists except for the Partial Folder.

Then my Cydia started working again, but when I tryed to remove an app from Cydia, it gave me some error:

Error: Running Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (2).....Also I can't find a single source in Cydia (Its like they got deleted or something)

and so when i rebooted my iPhone and went on Cydia...it redid the update and my Cydia started crashing again where it says Loading Data and all the data from Var/Lib/Apt/Lists is back there again
