Cydia crashing - advice needed

Cydia has been crashing when I go to Manage> Packages > P and the update around midnight on march 4th.

Is there anything I can do other then a restore? I haven't installed anything new within the last few days other then the prestige HD theme, but that was through ThemeIt, not Cydia.

Thanks for the help.
