hey guys im trying to figure out how to unlock my phone, however upgraded to 3.1.3. Before the Cydia server crash a while back my phone used to say that my SHSH file was saved as 3.1.2 & 3.1.3 on cydia... now it only says 3.1.3...

does this mean I cant downgrade to try and unlock it at 3.1.2?

if cydia did delete you SHSH file (never heard of this before ?!?) as you have upgraded to 3.1.3 to you stuck with a locked phone until new tools are released (most likely very soon)
Downgrading, even if you manage to without your SHSH, will not change your updated baseband.

I know it's wierd... But I'm not lying lol it used to say 3.1.2 & 3.1.3 .... Now it just says 3.1.3....

not saying you are, just a strange occurrence...i really hope there won't be a flood of 'cydia deleted my SHSH' threads

This has never been posted before. I am VERY skeptical.

Besides, it would have to have selectivly delete the 3.1.2 hashes from Saurik's server.

My money says it didn't happen !
