iOS Cydia Deveopment?

So, I've created a pretty cool app and I want to submit it to cydia but I'm having a terribly hard time programing the fake code sign. I watched all the tutorials but I always get an error when I build it.

Also Cydia wants it to be designed for the Ipod OS 2.0 but the only option in xcode is "Device 3.1.2 l Debug" How can I switch it to 2.0?

I'm using Xcode 3.1.4
