those sees to be problems w/ those specific sources/packages and not cydia itself. You can delete these problematic sources/packages and then try to reinstall them.

this worked before i installed mobilenotifier beta 5. ssh'd into the cydia/autoinstall

how do i delete this program if i cant thru cydia?

i've been having some similar problems with cydia. I have been able to get things to download eventually though, despite getting the error message the first couple tries.
