cydia error help: `tmp/likeyreg'

Does anyone know how to fix these errors in cydia:

--trying to overwrite 'tmp/likeyreg' which is also in package com.xsellize.common
--sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

I am trying to install weathericon, but I get these errors. I also get the same errors when trying to install/uninstall other packages in cydia as well.

I have tried searching around, but I have not found anything that points to `tmp/likeyreg'. I have no idea how to fix this, other than restore/re-jailbreak the phone.

Any ideas?
