iPad Cydia error PLEASE HELP

I recently went to cydia to see if any updates were needed yet every time I refresh I keep getting this error.. Can anyone help me please, very much appreciated!!

That means that repo is offline.
Very common for repos to go offline occasionally.

Yes, it says that those 2 repos are down.
No big deal, just click return to cydia.

Thanks guys have removed them both and cydia is now fine
