Cydia Error: The method driver /usr/lib/apt/methods/HTTP could not be found

When attempting to add a source in Cydia, Im getting the following error:

"The method driver /usr/lib/apt/methods/HTTP could not be found"

I went into my iPhone4 via iFile and deleted a source which I thought was the problem. This source had a "Http" in its URL but that didnt clear up the error. I also renamed my "http" folder to "Http" within the Methods folder but then I got a different error.

I cant add any sources in cydia. Any help on resolving this?
