cydia error... what does this mean?

ok so I did a fresh jailbreak today after yesterday's facetime/mms issue (which I found there was a fix AFTER restoring *groan*). so today I just jailbroke an first run of cydia source refresh took longer than expected an got error log popup saying multiple times

wrong language code en-GB

anyone else had this?.... anyone know what this means?

i am also having the same problem. non of my packages will load up & often goes into safety mode. have u found a solution to this problem yet? thanks
