There came out with "iOS 7 Theme" on p5a29ip4's repo today. I don't know how it changes the phone but the description says "Brings iOS 7 UI to previous iOS versions"

I installed this and it really doesn't change much as of now. There aren't even icons yet.

FlatIcons just released version 2.0 yesterday and it is really cool! I would go with that one. It includes many icons and makes almost the entire UI flat.

EDIT: It includes only the official apple app icons. I currently am using in in conjunction with flaticons.

I'm not impressed - but that's just me. iOS7 doesn't do anything for me at all.

iOS 7 lockscreen just hit Cydia. It looks pretty slick with Jelly Lock too.
