Having issues with Cydia after downgrading from 4.2.1 to 3.1.3

I followed this excellent guide from member jdmmike: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1093384/

The problem is that Cydia is outdated and I cant seem to get it up and runnning. It downloads packages then I get a File Cache Error, then an Error Refreshing Message:

GPG error:

Some index files failed to
download, they have been
ignored, or old ones used instead.

Then Cydia is locked and just sits on Loading Data. Any help would be greatly appreciated !

Thnx TriJet ! I knew it was outdated repo issues, just didnt know where to get the updated ones to inject. 3.1.3 ran great and didnt lag & eat up the battery like 4.2.1 does. But it seems like its just to old to be using. Cant really DL and operate much stuff with it.

I think I'll just have to live w/ 4.2.1 untill I can grab myself an iphone 4 or 5
