No, no issues here. Downloaded ibooksfix just an hour or so ago.
Can you get to the manage folder in cydia? Whatever you downloaded last, delete it. Or if you downloaded multiple items recently, delete each one until the problem is corrected. Sometimes, coding for one app can really mess up the idevice you are on, because it conflicts with oth apps, or conflicts with your device because the code was written for something else, and so on. It's one of the issues we deal with to be able to customize our iDevices.
