Cydia keeps trying to install Animate

I used redsn0w for my 4.3.1 jailbreak and selected the option to use/run animated boot logos. I initially tried installing Animate but got an error so I just left it alone. Now, whenever I try to install/uninstall something, Cydia will automatically try to install Animate everytime but it keeps getting the following errors;

sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1) AND
trying to overwrite `/usr/bin/animate' which is also in package imagemagick.

I read that animate should work in 4.3.1 but am I wrong? What do I need to do in order to stop Cydia from trying to install animate every single time?

Open up Cydia and select search, type in animate and select it you'll then get an option to clear.
