Cydia "Loading Changes" problem

Hi,
I have a 3GS with iOS 4.0, JB with JBme.com. I was previously JB at 3.1.2. Since I JB at 4.0, the 'changes' tab in cydia is taking around 1 min to open. The repos are being refreshed pretty quickly, and the data is also being reloaded in a few seconds.

Any suggestions on how I can fix this? Even the notification that is present when my cydia apps are updated is not showing up on the changes tab.

If you're on wifi and it still takes a minute to load the 'changes tab' I myself would def. do a restore (you have your SHSH's right...?) As it's not an error per se I would not recommend trying to SSH in to your phone to 'fix' it.

As for the badge notification - yeah I have that to w/ iOS. No badge on the Cydia icon and Changes does not alert me that there are changes either, I have to click Changes to check for them.
