in a pineapple, under the sea
Ok, so I have an iPhone 4 with iOS 4.2.1 jailbroken with latest redsn0w. Everything has been working just fine for a while, until I installed a rom pack for snes4iphone via cydia.

Now, cydia loads just fine, and tells me it is downloading the release list - BUT - it doesn't show anything in the sources section, nor can i view/add/remove any packages.

I have tried re-booting whilst tethered, and tried to re-jailbreak (although this fails) in the hopes of fixing the issue but to no avail. I have seen on here via search and on google that you can ssh into the phone and remove a file which fixes the issue, but I never installed ssh on this phone, as I never needed it when I had a 3gs (what a n00b ffs).

Anyone got any idea on how I can fix this? Is there a file manager app available via the app store or some other software that I can use to gain access to the phone file structure?

Cheers
