cydia n installer gone nuts

Just pwnd 2.0 on my iPhone.. For some strange reason both cydia n installed refuse to load any packages.. The edge connection is fine as I am able to check my mail, get weather updates etc. So my guess is something must be wrong with cydia n installer themselves..

Any suggestions???
