Cydia or plist to change ios version number

I remeber see a cydia app a while ago that let you trick the app store into thinking you were running a higher ios version that you had on your idevice can anyone remeber what it was called?

If not then does anyone know which plist file the app store changes as i could just change it manully.

Thanks thats what i'm looking for but do you know if its been updated a i have a mate with a ipad on 4.3.3 that whats to make it look like his ipad is on ios 5?

I would normally change cydia but i don't have a idevice that is currently jailbroken!
