There are many depending on what you're looking for. Search google and the forum here.
I just jail-broke my ipod touch yesterday. Can someone explain what sources are. I get that its a way to get free tweaks etc but is there a downside? Besides not paying for something, what are the benefits and cons?

Sources are where the tweaks or whatever are hosted. They are not all hosted in cydia. The reason for starting this thread, is to find other sources that are not preloaded by the stock cydia sources, (aka more tweaks) that are RELIABLE, and not harmful like some sources can be.
