cydia still sticking on downloading packages??

i can't seem to add any repos to cydia. I did a search and found others having the problem right when JB came out, but is anyone else still having this problem?

It goes through loading repo and then sticks on "downloading packages"

This usually seems to be a short term problem.
I was able to download the packages just a moment ago.

darn still can't seem to get anything to work. been trying a couple hours.

gave it another 1.5 hours and still no luck getting past downloading packages.

is no one else having this problem with cydia? i gave it overnight (japan time) and still doesn't work. sticks on downloading packages.
