Cydia stuck on downloading packages

When ever i try to add a new repo it gets stuck on downloading packages. Is this happening because the servers are slammed or is it only me?

It's definitely not only you. The servers have been totally overburdened and I haven't been able to d/l anything from the site today at all; pretty much nobody else has either.

bigboss host is unreachable for me as well. Site does not look or say that they are down.

Both of those have been down since late last night (or rather, not so much "down" as "grossly overburdened.") I haven't been able to get anything from either one since then.

But it is frustrating.

so glad to hear this is not me. Just jailbroke my touch today and went as far as setting up ssh to manually delete sources that i mistyped just to find they weren't there...
