Cydia was installed apps downloaded from cydia and now iPhone stuck in recovery mode

Hi, sorry if I missed a similar thread I could not find one.:confused:
I have an iPhone 3GS on 4.1 I jailbroke and unlocked it then installed some apps from Cydia and now the iphone is stuck in recovery mode. I have held the home button and power button at the same time but no cigar I do not want to restore it b/c then I will have to rejailbreak it. Can anybody help???



P.S sorry for the bad grammar it's not my strong point.:(
