iPad Cydia window became tiny

Hey guys. A few days ago I've upgraded to iOS6 and successfully jailbroke it. Installed a few tweaks. Nothing major - activator, springtomize, deck hd and winterboard. And after some tinkering with all of those tweaks the Cydia app started launching in a tiny window. You can see it in the screenshot. Is there a way of fixing it? I can't really use it therefore I can't download iFile and reflash Cydia app.. But iFunBox works fine (though won't instapp .ipas. Must be something with the appsync..), so maybe I could replace a deb file through it, huh? Would be thankful for any ideas really. Cheers!
