I can't add any new sources or anything I get this error. No, it's not just one time, it's been going on for about two months.

Didn't you read the warnning that Cydia show you when you added the insanelyi repo???

Just to refresh your memory, it looked like this.

That's why is better to avoid such a repo, you never know what you can get.

You need to manually delete that repo.
