Cydia won't let me purchase tweak

Hey guys I'm unable to purchase the tweak Dock. I can enter my google account info fine but when I get to the Choose payment info and when I tap on Paypal the little circle in right doesn't stop moving and I can press anything. I used Absinthe 2.0.4 to jailbreak my iPhone 4 on 5.1.1. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

I've also had problems when paying by PayPal. I decided to give the amazon payment method a go instead and it worked fine. So, give that a go.
