Ahh, you actually have to download the Cydia app. I'm not used to Greenpois0n as Redsn0w comes with it.

Because newly untethered people have to download the Cydia program from Saruik's servers. The tethered people only have to download the updated sources lists.

Restore your iPhone and try jailbreaking again to download Cydia
There's no error into loading, but downloading.
