My ipod crash and it wipe out all of my cydia sources. I try to reset my ipod touch 5th gen back to factory but it did not work

Never do a factory reset on a jail broken device. You'll need to restore it from scratch with official firmware via iTunes and DFU mode and jailbreak it all over again. If you haven't backed your stuff up it's lost.

He can't because its an iPod 5.

OP, before you restore if I were you I would reach out to CoolStar on twitter and ask for a beta copy of his upcoming semi-restore tool. You'll need to have SSH and apt 7 strict installed for it to work though. After you've exhausted all options, hopefully you can use his tool. I've been following it closely on twitter and people have been reporting success. Not sure if it'll fix your device though, since you're never supposed to use reset all in settings by hats the number 1 rule in jailbreaking.
