Ok so I'm not exactly sure. Should we ugrade or not? :p
I pressed Ignore (temporarily) but it's still in Changes.

Edit: Ok so I'm not going to update since his previous tweet explained it. Not sure what would happen if I did though.

Sounds to me like he's preventing last years joke from repeating this year. With so many users depending on Cydia, he probably feels it's not worth causing all the confusion. I upgraded.

I'm gonna wait till tomorrow and see if it goes away when it's no longer April 1st.

And me, and everyone else in the United States..

I didn't even think about it, just did the update. We'll see- it said some packages might fail if I didn't install the important update. One way to lose a lot of people's trust to mess with today's smart phones considering the wealth of private data on mine. I don't think Saurik would do anything harmful anyways. I think that tweet reflects this new outlook, he's stopped the April Fool's shenanigans from going down buy pushing the update.

Yeah I highly doubt it would be anything harfmul. I haven't updated but it's starting to get on my nerves :p. Do you still have that twitter inspired "dickbar" after upgrading?
 
I was scared at first but figured what the hay. Of course I updated my iPhone4 before the 4s lol.

I even thought maybe apple found a way to break cydia and force you to update to 5.1….:rolleyes:

Well I updated mine at 6: pm EST March 31 before I started doing some tweaks and adjustments. I spent two hours smoking one hella cigar (a Perdamo):D while messing with the iPhone 4, at least half a dozen resprings.. not one issue or irregularity.

I was watching the premiere of Magic City today and boy did I wish I had a cigar to smoke after watching it.
