Hi,
I thinking of buying D-Link DNS-320lw NAS.
The issue is that I only have a 2,5" usb disk at 1GB who is powerd with the USB port, it's USB 3 external disk.

Can I just open up the usb disk and put the harddrive inside the NAS without using the power cord and it runs good?
Or do I need to have a 3.5" disk so It can also bee hookt up with the power cord in the NAS?

Some 2.5" portables (most notably WD My Passport) contain no SATA drive at all. They are special USB drives.

These you can't use in any of the regular 3.5" SATA boxes, including those from D-Link.
PS Have you read the D-Link forums before deciding for that NAS? I have their DNS-325 and while it has been quite solid mechanically, their extremely slow firmware lifecycle makes me wish I had chosen something else.
Also the iOS applications are nothing to write home about.
But you get what you pay for.
