Well, I am now the proud owner of the DNS 343. Main problem is the system requirements do not include Mac OSX. Now I do have a Windows laptop that I can set it up from and access it via ftp through my Mac. BUT... I don't know if it will back up my Mac or am I only able to access the server on the Mac? Wondering if I should sell it and go for a Drobo - probably should of in the first place, but here I am.
My day to day is 99.99% on the Mac and only use the laptop for one simple little thing - FastStone. Love that program. Too bad they don't make a Mac version.
Have I painted myself into a hole here? Just looking for suggestions here on what to do.
