Dad dead set on a Mac, which to get?

Narrowed down to the Mba 13 4/256 2015 or the rMbp 13 8/128. He's been made aware of the Staingate, however true it might be, and he still wants a Mac. A stock broker by trade, so no intensive use, just for business and emails, streaming movies and stuff.
 
RMB is a great choice for the wealthy executive.

I run Windows 10 exclusively on mine, never use it as a "Mac", never run OSX.

You've asking in the forum dedicated to the new 12" MacBook (and also the legacy "MacBook" from years ago that was discontinued)

You might get a better response from the air or pro forums but I guess they'll both be slightly biased. Personally I find the screen on the air an issue so my choice was between the 12" MacBook and the pro.
