Hello!

I recently switched to Mac after being a long time Windows user
Anyways, I'm writing this post essentially because I need some help.

What I'm looking for is a piece of software that would allow me to plan daily activities and manage my time, for example: work time from 9 to 15; break from 15 to 15:30; study time from 15:30 to 17, and so on...

Ideally the software would sit on the menu bar and would give me notifications about the activity that I´m supposed to begin.

Thanks for any help!

I don't see why you couldn't do this with iCal, setting the alarm for each "appointment or task". I also have CalendarBar which syncs the tasks and appointments from iCal and it is available in the menu bar. It works great.
