Daily at-least once when I search for a name in spotlight and open the contact I get a blank screen

Anybody knows why this happens? Please check attachment below. I'm on ios 10.3.2 and using the 7 plus. Steps I've done so far :

1. Disabled Settings > General > Spotlight Search and rebooted my phone and re-enabled it many times. The problem still occurs.
   
2. Reset my phone to defaults and wiped out everything and setup the phone as new(clean install) because I thought some old files in the backup(restore) file must be causing this issue.

Still no luck.
