Damm Flashing Folder!!!!!!

Hi guys, please help me i dont know what to do anymore... its pretty driving me crazy

My Specs.
MBP 2010 MID
SSD 120gb on bay 1
Momentus XT 500GB in opti bay

the thing is that my windows crashed, and i wanted to reformat and install windows again on the momentus. i plug my external DVD writer, but when i click the disk icon, i get a prohibity sign and a folder.

now you say: try with another disk
done: downloaded 5 windows 7
now you say again: change the external reader
done: with other two, nothing happens....

any thoughts? already reseted PRAM and NVRAM :(
