Dang it, did I just loose my ipone backup? Trying to upgrade

Long story short I couldn't upgrade to 4.01 so I uninstalled itunes trying to reinstall but did I just delete my Iphone backup? I cant find it.

Wait I just finally got itunes to reinstall without giving me an error, and i see both of my backups listed there..how can that be? Even with show all hidden files I don't see the backups anywhere?

It might not loose the backup, but there's a chance it could lose it.
